Following the qualifiers, will qualify: Top 42 male and top 21 female individual athletes and top 7 male and 7 female teen athletes.

Division “Advance” for athletes who can handle movements:

  • Pull Ups, HR Push Ups, Toes to bar, Box Jumps, Wall Ball 9/6kg, Rope Climb, Double Unders
  • Deadlift 100kg/75kg, C&J 60kg/40kg, Snatch 50kg/30kg, OHS 40/25kg, KettleBell swing 24/16kg
  • Rowing/ Burpees/ Running / Biking

Conditions of the organizer:

  • The athlete must be registered via or through the form on
  • Each athlete must complete a qualifying WOD and submit the result with a video link ( by 5th June 2017 (23:59 CET).
  • Only the best "SCALED" athletes will be invited to the main race held on 2nd September 2017. NOTE: Athletes with experience from the "ELITE" racing categories will be qualified as "OUT OF COMPETITION".
  • After the qualification results announcement (June 12, 2017), the athlete must sign to the main race till 22. June 2017!
  • Every athlete or legal guardian signs a certificate of medical fitness on the race day


7min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Lateral Burpee over Bar
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Double Unders

  • Male, 50kg for Barbell
  • Female, 35kg for Barbell
  • Teen Male, 40kg for Barbell
  • Teen Female, 25kg for Barbell


  • Burpees Over Barbell: The athlete must be parallel to the barbell at the bottom position, with the athlete's chest and hips touching the ground. The athlete must come to her feet and must jump over the barbell with two feet to the other side where the athlete will start the next rep. You must jump over the barbell from both feet and land on both feet. One-footed jumping or stepping over is not permitted. Do not need to fully extend hips during jump.
  • Shoulder to Overhead: The start of each rep will be the front rack position. The end of each rep will be counted when full lockout of knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows is achieved.
  • Pull ups: These are standard pull-ups. Full extension of the arms at the bottom, chin over the height of bar at the top. Any grip on the bar and any type of kipping are allowed.


  • Athletes passes a qualification WOD according to standards (video and description — will be post in 1. June 2017).
  • Athletes must record their qualification!
  • Valid video must include: name, surname and category, weight of equipment, visible time, judge and athlete in shot, result (number of repetitions).
  • Send your video result by e–mail ( link) by 5.6.2017 (23:59).
